Qualified Artful Learning? consultants and trainers are selected by the LBC for each client school.? The training schedule for level 2 &3 is parallel to the schedule listed above.? These two levels of expanded raining are based upon identified school needs from the previous year's implementation. The LBC and its' trainers and consultants work closely with the sites to determine progress towards full implementation and emerging training needs after each visit. Teacher, administrator and staff turnover may determine how many days are devoted to the different categories described above. Other internal issues at a site may have a bearing on the amount and type of training provided. Advanced content is introduced at Levels 2 and 3, for example, Inquiry Centers and Action Research are implemented at Level 2.

Services
The services listed below are included with the LBC contract and are offered only for the period of time covered by the contract.

• Access to LBC Website member Services
  The LBC website has a password-protected section for client schools and their teachers.? It offers special services and information, and will-as the site matures, include Masterworks unit development tools, templates, and a library of model units, and interactive tools.

• LBC Artful Learning? Licensure
  The LBC grants license to use all proprietary Artful Learning? materials, images, and designations under restrictions detail in contractual agreements between the LBC and the site.

• Assessment Templates
  The LBC will provide templates for the assessment of model related learning outcomes.??

• CEU Credits
  The LBC will offer continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit for those trainees who meet specified participation and training requirements.? The CEU's are offered through Gettysburg College, and the college will provide a formal transcript.?

• Awards and Recognitions
  While under contract, client schools, their Leadership Team, and individual teachers are eligible for various awards and recognitions by the LBC.? These will be publicized on the LBC Website, and presentations will generally be made at the Leadership Conference.
