Level One

Qualified Artful Learning? consultants and trainers are selected and provided for each client school. ?Normally all Level training occurs within a period of twelve to eighteen months.? Client schools work with the Project Manager to schedule the dates for on-site sessions; the LBC schedules the dates for the Leadership Institute with input from participating clients.

  • Leadership Consultation
    One Artful Learning? consultant provides 3- two-day, on-site sessions with aclient selected leadership team of up to 20 educators.? This consultation is provided prior to Initial Training of the faculty and staff.? The Leadership consultation is designed to provide appropriate background information and strategies to the client identified team leading the implementation effort on-site.
  • Initial Training
    Two trainers provide 1- five-day, on-site session for up to 40 trainees, offering initial training and curriculum mapping.? Each 1-20 additional trainees require and additional trainer at additional cost to the client.
  • Unit Development
    Two trainers provide 1- two-day, on-site session for up to 40 trainees who have completed Initial Training.
  • Completion Training
    Two trainers provide 3-two-day, on site sessions for up to 40 trainees who completed prior training.
  • Leadership Institute
    Participation in the LBC leadership Institute at Gettysburg College, including travel and all conference expenses, for up to four members of the Leadership Team is part of the contractual agreement between LBC and the site

A range of LBC materials including School Design Books, Training and support materials are provided at Level I as part of the services of the LBC
